At Golden View Collection, each piece is made to order just for you. This allows us to reduce waste and deliver thoughtfully created products from our trusted production partners.

Production Times

All items are made to order through our printing partner, Printify.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • This is the time it takes to create your item before it is shipped.

During peak periods (holidays, sales), production may take slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfilment centre used.

  • Australia: 4–8 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product ordered.

We aim to keep shipping as fair and transparent as possible, with no hidden fees.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple fulfilment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages if you purchase more than one item.


Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as postal disruptions or customs).

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been sent to production.

If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos (if applicable), and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
